Terms and Conditions

  1. By using our booking service online, you are assured that our drivers will be there to greet you at Arrivals. Online bookings need to be made 24 hours in advance.
  2. For all pickups, the airport waiting time is free for the first 60 minutes and 25p per minute applies thereafter. There is no additional charge for the flight delays. If the passenger misses the flight coming in to one of the UK airports, the passenger has to call us immediately and inform us. No extra charge will apply if the passenger notifies us at least 3 hours before the scheduled arrival of that flight, quoting his/her reference number.
  3. Driver will wait by the information desk at the arrivals terminal for that flight with passenger name card.
  4. If the passenger is unable to contact or meet the driver by the information desk at the arrivals terminal for that flight, he/she should call the company to arrange the meeting.
  5. 5. Passenger should not just leave the airport without letting the company know, as this will be regarded as passenger no-show.
  6. For a pickup from a residential address, we allow 10 minutes free waiting time from the scheduled pickup time and thereafter a charge of 25p per minute of wait will apply. This means, our fares are based on a direct trip with passenger being ready to travel at the time and place as specified. If the passenger does not show up within 15 minutes at the place designated pickup point, we will there after pull out our driver and no part of the fare is refundable.
  7. Our drivers take no responsibility for delays arising from traffic congestion, traffic diversion, road works, weather conditions or any other cause beyond their control.
  8. A surcharge of 50% on the normal listed price on this site will be effective on the following dates: 24, 25, 26, 31 December and 1 January.
  9. Fares quoted are flat rates based point to point and any diversions made by the client will incur an additional charge depending on the distance.
  10. We reserve the right to refuse any passenger our services due to the passenger having excess luggage that would compromise vehicle safety on the road.
  11. If a booking is cancelled by the customer 3 to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 25% of the fare applies.
  12. No part of the fare will be refunded, if cancellations are not done at least 3 hours prior to the pickup time.
  13. A baby/child is regarded as a passenger and therefore, please note to book a vehicle with appropirate seating capacity.
  14. We do not record the credit card details in any form. Credit card payments are handled directly by our credit card service provider.
  15. We collect information about you only for the following reasons
    • To process your booking
    • To provide you with the best possible service.
  • All fares quoted are point to point. Any diversions or stop over will be charged at 5.00 with the fare quoted.
  • Credit card payments will incur an extra charge of 3.00.
  • Cash payments are to be made to the driver and credit card payments should be made while booking.
  • Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their belongings and we will not accept liability for loss or damage to the luggage.
  • All prices quoted are per vehicle.

Refund Policy

Privacy Policy

  • Our service is an airport transfer and we are committed to protecting any data collected via website Telephone, Fax or any other means of communication systems for this purpose. When booking our airport transfer service you agree to the use of the data we collect in accordance with this privacy policy outlined.
  • We will collect all the information required for the booking. This would include Name, Address, Flight Numbers, Destination or Addresses, Travel Dates, Email Address, Telephone Numbers etc. All of this information collected is encrypted.
  • We will use your Email address and telephone numbers to contact you with confirmation of bookings and any other details pertaining to the bookings.
  • All online payments are handled by Paypal and in this instance we do not handle any information. However, when you submit your card details over the phone we only hold the details until the bookings are completed.
  • We do not have any cookies on our website.
